We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and highly capable Pastoral Lead for Churchcentral South.
Most importantly, the role requires a deep passion for pastoring others in a way that points them to Jesus.
The appointed person will help to form and then head up our Pastoral Care team, ensuring that those needing support in our church are loved and cared for, at varying levels of need. This will require pastoral wisdom and expertise, as well as leadership skills to be able to both lead through others and to oversee and develop others in their calling and gifting.
